I grew up working in my dad's lawn company and worked with him for 14 years. The reward of keeping people's lawns and trees healthy and flourishing were always rewarding to me. For 3 1/2 years I was out of the industry working for a shed and tiny home manufacture. A injury to my knee made it so I was not able to continue working there. So I started looking for a job that would get me back into the farming and small crop world. I had a opportunity to join the team at RioGro where I can continue to do what I have loved doing. Building relationships with people and helping them to grow healthier crops and be profitable at it is very rewarding.
